Lynn Stafford is the Assistant Director of Partnerships and Collaborations, a role established within the Institute for Global Engagement (IGE)  in 2021.   In this role, Lynn manages a variety of partnerships and collaborations within IGE.  She liaises communications with external institutions, including those with whom we currently hold official partnership and exchange agreements around the globe.   Lynn oversees IGE’s widespread collaborative effort with individual faculty, academic departments, and all internal campus partners.  Lynn also works closely with faculty to manage the proposal process for International Visiting Fellows who teach short courses, the programmatic requests for co-sponsorship, and facilitation of exchange agreement responsibilities.  Since 1987,  Lynn has held multiple administrative positions at ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ, including 17 years of experience with Grinnell’s Center for International Studies, which officially transitioned to the current Institute for Global Engagement in 2017.
