This summer, Grinnell students explored the Four Corners region through three programs: a Grand Canyon outdoor recreation trip, a Colorado social justice institute and internship, and a Mentored Advanced Project (MAP) traveling to a Wyoming archaeological excavation.

For the first time ever, Grinnell athletes can call on two strength and conditioning coaches, Steve Lewis and Maddy Griess, who can focus on this important training component. 

Meet Kirsten Koester, head coach for the women’s soccer team, who came to Grinnell with a passion for the sport rooted in her own experience as an athlete. Who thinks that family is everything and that the community of Grinnell has also provided them with friends who feel like family.

The Grinnell men’s tennis team won its 21st consecutive Midwest Conference (MWC) Championship this spring, tying a record for the most consecutive MWC titles in any sport.

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) recently partnered with Special Olympics Iowa to host their annual Central Region Track and Field Qualifier on April 26.

Each year, ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ’s graduating class has the opportunity to recognize individuals who have profoundly shaped their student experience—not just in the classroom, but in moments of everyday care, kindness, and connection. For the Class of 2025, four exceptional individuals have been named Honorary Class Members: Peggy Elliott, Renee Bourgeois Parsons, David Stanley, and Jani Springer.
